Parent Wristbands,
The safety of your dancer is our highest priority. To streamline the drop off /

collection of your dancers we will be using wristbands. When you sign in your

dancer to rehersal on the day and the performance you will recieve a wristband.

It will have your dancers name on it and one of the backstage helpers will place

the wristband on you. When you return to collect your dancer you must show the

backstage helper at the sign out sheet your wristband. It will then be removed /

cut off your wrist and placd in the bin.

SHOW DAY 2025 Timetable
8.45-9.00am - Dancers arrival for dress rehearsal.
Please come in full hair and makeup with a dressing gown over top. Parents will

be required to sign in your dancer, and return to collect them again around 11am.

9.00-11.00am -

All dancers are required to attend a compulsory dress rehearsal on the morning of

our recital, Saturday, November 1st, from 9:00am to 11:00am. Please arrive between

8:45am and ensure your dancer is in full recital costume, hair, and makeup, ready for

a prompt 9:00am start. This rehearsal is essential to the success of the show, and

attendance is mandatory for all performers. Each group will have their photo taken on

stage during this time. Parents/caregivers will be required to sign their dancer in at the

entrance. Please note that this is a closed rehearsal and parents are not permitted in

the theatre, except for Little Stars families who may settle their child inside and stay

until they are comfortable before quietly departing.. As we will be finalising lighting,

sound, and backstage preparations, we kindly ask that families respect the scheduled

arrival time and do not enter the theatre before 8:45am. Dancers who arrive after the

rehearsal has commenced will not be permitted entry. Your cooperation is greatly

appreciated in helping us deliver a polished and professional performance.

If your dancer is in more than one dance please arrive in their costume for the dance

that is first and have the other costume on a hanger which is clearly marked with

their name. These outfit changes will be put backstage. It is a good idea to wear a

dressing gown over top of your costume so your costume does not accidently get

ruined when not on stage.

The dancers will get a chance to watch the show from the audience while each

group runs through.

NO CELL PHONES, IPADS OR DEVICES IN THE DRESS REHEARSAL PLEASE. Please

leave these in the car or at home - this applies to all people in the theatre

(adults included).

11.00AM - DANCER SIGN OUT.
We ask that the same parent or guardian who signed in your dancer returns and

signs them out from the theatre.

Dancers are free to return home to have some down time before the show. All

dancers must be collected. We suggest havin some food, water and a rest to

prepare for a good show ahead!

1:00–1:15pm – Dancer Arrival for Performance
All dancers are to return to the theatre between 1:00pm and 1:15pm in preparation for

the performance. Please do not arrive backstage before 1.00pm, as our team will be

finalising notes with the lighting and sound technicians and preparing the theatre.

Audience doors will open at 1:00pm.

Dancers with costume changes during the show will be assigned to a designated

dressing room. All other dancers will wait in the dance studio adjacent to the theatre

until it is their time to perform.

remain for the entire duration of the performance and may not leave after their

the end of our recital!
